What is HubSpot Client by Project Procs?

The integration lets you search for and link a task in Asana to a client (contact or company) in HubSpot.

Search for a HubSpot client

Once linked, you will be able to see key information from HubSpot in Asana. Our HubSpot to Asana task synchronization will also automatically create tasks in Asana for any task in HubSpot.

Setup instructions

The integration requires both Asana and HubSpot accounts. If you do not have a HubSpot account to test with, you can create a free one. Our accounts use MFA for HubSpot so we are unable to share them.

Here are the steps to setup the integration in Asana:

  1. Create a HubSpot account if one does not already exist.
  2. Login to Asana and select a project.
  3. Click "Customize" and then click "Apps."
  4. Search "hubspot" and click "HubSpot Client by Project Procs + Asana" and then click "Connect to HubSpot Client by Project Procs + Asana."
  5. You will be redirected to our website to authenticate with Asana and also with HubSpot (OAuth for both applications).
  6. Once complete, you will be returned to Asana, and you can then search for clients in HubSpot (company / contact) and link a task to the corresponding record in HubSpot.
  7. Repeat this process to add the integration to other Asana projects

Once linked, some basic information for the record in HubSpot will be displayed inline in Asana.
